Design a logo and brand system to drive enrollment in California Family Fitness' new educational kids program, PlaySchool. The look and feel should strike a balance between playful and professional.

The Process

PlaySchool is a play-based preschool curriculum designed to teach children ages 3-5 about the world around them with activities that incorporate science, math, reading, and self-help skills. Each week introduces a new theme, with daily activities to support the curriculum.

Drawing inspiration from other kid friendly brands like Crayola, Lego, and Nintendo while exploring directions for the brand, a bold "stamp" logo influenced by building blocks was chosen that utilized the primary colors of Red/Yellow/Blue, and spoke with a whimsical sans-serif typeface, Remissis.
